Tuning into our conditioned Self, or even into our

Tuning into our conditioned Self, or even into our Intellectual Intelligence is what we've been taught all throughout life.

And our IQ is certainly a powerful intelligence to connect with.
But, I want to offer that it's not the only intelligence available to us.
@drrobertholden will tell us that there are four intelligences:
1) Intellectual Intelligence. Our thoughts and all the gibberish our mind produce 24/7. (my words, not Robert’s)
2) Emotional Intelligence. These are our emotions.
3) Physical Intelligence. The sensations, pains, or even just tickles we feel inside our bodies hold so much information for us.
4) Spiritual Intelligence. This is our intuition. That gut feeling. A higher guidance that is always available.

Today, I'm really offering for you to tune into your emotions, and your spiritual connection to your intuition and love.

What if we really surrendered to the intelligence of our emotions? What if, instead of judging our emotions as good or bad, we simply invite them to speak up and share with us their thoughts?
Easy?!
Now, as if this step didn't already require quite a good amount of courage of us, there is a second, crucial step. And that is to take action on the wisdom we tune into. This shit is HARD.

As I'm noticing a stark shift both within my self and within the communities I'm a part of - one away from doing what you should do and one towards following your inner guidance - I'd like to offer the space to really tune into what your intuition and your emotions are telling you to do. There are 5 of 10 spaces left for a free one-of coaching conversation with me in October. These space are intended to offer a return to the path of Your Truth; the scariest return I've personally surrendered to in the past two years. It’s space that I both seek and wish to create…as it’s desperately needed right now.

Free times are bookable at the link in my bio. As I say - it's okay to be afraid. But let's not let fear be the reason why we didn't do it...that thing called life.

LONDON!! 10 days in one of my favorite cities in

LONDON!!

10 days in one of my favorite cities in the world and oh boy, it was PACKED!

My heart and soul feel nourished by the amazing teachings of Hareesh Wallis (Shaivism non-dual tantra), as well as those of my mentor and friend Robert Holden along with Neil Douglas-Klotz (finding your soul purpose through th teachings of the Aramaic Jesus).

My body is filled with all kinds of international food (and still getting over an unfortunate cold).

I'm smiling at the new memories created with my mom and brother who came to visit for a few days.

And wow, did I get a nice and MUCH overdue dose of musicals (TINA, Hamilton, Les Miserables).

Maybe, I'll have to move to London. Wouldn't mind that at all.

I've filled up physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually and can't wait to let things settle and become action in life and business.

Feeling blessed.

Where in your life do you notice yourself getting

Where in your life do you notice yourself getting upset with a boss, a client, a coach even, or a business or romantic partner because you're not getting from them what you want?

I urge you to ask yourself: Have you made the request that would open up the path towards getting what you want?

Not only are most humans not trained in telepathy, it's really nobody's but YOUR own responsibility to ask for and, in turn, likely get what you require, desire, or even need.

There is nothing to lose in asking.
There's nothing to gain in not asking.
There is everything to gain in asking.

Stop making others responsible for why you can and cannot get what you want. Go and own your experience of life.

Are you bring true to yourself? So often in life

Are you bring true to yourself?

So often in life, we don't follow what feels true, what feels right, what feels alive.
Instead, we bend over backwards to please (or even just help) someone else, thinking that we can and should become the person we think they need us to be.

Well, the truth is. That doesn't work.
Denying yourself will result in resentment.
Resentment will result in judgment.
Judgment will result in anger.
Anger will manifest in your body as a dis-ease, be it a headache or worse.

On the other hand, truly standing up for what you desire and following that little tug inside that tells you to leave the beaten path behind and stray onto a new path, takes guts. And the rewards are tremendous:
Your body will feel lighter.
Your sleep will improve.
Your relationships will thrive.
Your business will pick up.

What would you do if you followed your joy just a little more everyday?
What would you say?
What would you ask for?
Who would you discontinue a relationship with, or transform it?
