Before I became an arts manager and then coach, I was a human...

...and I learned about life on the musical theater stage.

I played Simba.

He taught me that running from the past doesn’t make it better, and about the self-love, healing, and surrender that’s available when turning back.

I played Dirty Dancing’s Babe.

She taught me to fight for what I want, to dance through life, and to love wearing dresses.

I played a German fairytale dragon, Tabaluga.

He taught me that generous giving leads to a pure abundance of joy, love, and happiness returning back to you.

I played TinkerBell.

Tink taught me how unconditional love and sass can go together. She taught me generosity and integrity. I learned later on, in the Bursar’s office in college, how to use tact in communicating about it.

These days, I am a coach and support my clients in calling forth their True Selves.

Similarly to Simba or Tink, my clients are no strangers to the proverbial spotlight, yet all of them love the intentionally slowed-down moments of solitude.

In our work together, my clients create a life where business prospers as it lovingly supports the personal life choices they long to make. They design a future where their personal lives are no longer the sacrificial lamb of their professional success. My clients...:

Build loving and giving relationships with their partners, bosses, colleagues, and family.

Activate their inner leader as they found nonprofits and build the team it takes to serve communities through art.

Establish thriving coaching/teaching businesses that support their dreams and artistic pursuits.

I work with individual clients, founders and teams, and coaches.

"Dina-Marie's coaching has filled in the gaps that were left by my traditional conservatory training and taught me the skills needed to succeed as an entrepreneurial civic-artist.

Thanks to Dina-Marie's incomparable belief in me, her impact-focused review of my application materials, and empowering interview preparation, I won the NOI+F Sphinx Orchestral Futurist Fellowship."
